Submitting a contribution

The participants can submit two types of contribution :

A) Individual presentations
Step 1: the software requires participants to enter their details and set up a personal account (choice of an identification name and password). At the bottom of the page, tick “individual presentation” in the tab “type of presentation”.

Step 2: the software allows the participant to enter the title and the abstract text (300 words maximum). Once the abstract has been submitted, a confirmation will appear on the screen. The participant will also receive confirmation by email.

B) Panel
Step 1: the software requires the panel chair to enter his/her details and set up a personal account (choice of an identification name and password). At the bottom of the page, tick “panel” in the tab “type of presentation”.

Step 2: the software allows the panel chair to enter the title as well as the general description of the panel.

Step 3: the chair enters the first panel abstract (participant’s name, title and abstract text).

Step 4: the chair repeats this operation for the second panel abstract.

Step 5: the chair repeats this operation for the third panel abstract.

At this stage, a confirmation will appear on the screen. The chair will also receive confirmation by email.
